  3. droplets. Chickenpox chiefly attacks children
  4. under ten. The incubation period is two to
  5. three weeks. One attack normally gives
  6. immunity for life. The temperature rises and
  7. spots (later inflamed blisters) develop on
  8. the torso, then on the face and limbs. The
  9. sufferer recovers within a week, but remains
  10. infectious until the last scab disappears.
